How cancellations and refunds are handled for paid consultations.

Submitting an enquiry is free

Submitting the consultation form costs nothing. Any fee is discussed and agreed with you before a paid consultation is scheduled.

Cancellation

A scheduled consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us before the agreed time.

Refunds

If a paid consultation does not take place, the fee is refunded. Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee covers the astrologer's time and is not refundable on the basis of the guidance given, since no specific outcome is promised.
